No Person attending an event will have any claim for damages, expenses, lawsuits, or otherwise against track operator, owners or Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp, it’s officials, agents, or employees, resulting from any damage to any vehicle, personal injury, or monetary loss of any kind whatsoever. All attendants waive any claim they may have against a track operator, owners or Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp, it’s officials, agents, or employees, when they attend or participate in any race or event.
