Monthly Track Pass Membership

• Members are only authorized to admit themselves and the family minors associated with their membership. Members must accompany all family minors associated with their membership at all times. Each membership includes 3 family minors under the age of 15 years old.
  
  
• Pause or cancel your membership at anytime. To manage your Monthly Track Pass Memberships you will need to set up an account on our website using the same eMail address you used to make your membership purchase.

Billing for Monthly Dues. By signing this agreement, you have authorized Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp to electronically bill your credit card for your monthly dues (pre-authorized credit card charge) on a month- to- month (30-day) basis only. If Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp is unable to collect your monthly dues for any reason, your account may be deactivated and a $20 fee to reactivate your membership may be required. Your account will be billed every 30 days based on the day of the month your account became active.

This is an open-ended contract and you are purchasing 30-days of service in advance. You may cancel your membership anytime; if you cancel your services will become inactive at the end of that current 30-day cycle.

Maximus RC Raceway Club Corp will bill the financial information as submitted by you in this online enrollment.
